We're hiring experienced outbound callers in South Africa to cold call US business buyers. You'll work remotely from home, on US hours (2pm - 11pm SAST, 3PM - midnight from 1 November). If you have a year or more of outbound phone sales behind you and you're proud of your numbers, we'd like to hear you. Every application is reviewed by a person.

Pay

A fixed monthly fee of R24,000 to R32,500 depending on experience. Commission on every meeting held, taking on-target earnings to roughly R37,000 to R45,500 a month, with a higher tier above target.

Hours

Full-time contractor role, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm US Eastern: 14:00 to 23:00 SAST until 31 October 2026, then 15:00 to 00:00 SAST from 1 November 2026 (when US daylight saving ends).
